Batch numbers black-and-white cameras

All Orlaco products have their own serial numbers. The production date of the article can be found in the article’s serial number, making it therefore easier for you to determine the correct production date. The Compact Camera series however, have a different numbering system, namely the type-/ batch number system. This number is situated behind the lens glass in the camera and reads as follows: the type number and the batch number, which together form the product’s serial number.

In order for you to find out your products production date we have put the type- /batch numbers on our dealer web site. After consulting the site, you will be able to determine whether a faulty product still falls under the two year guarantee period. The nature of the malfunction will of course determine whether or not the product is still under guarantee.
